Before VWU: Ran four years of cross country and track at Granby High School… Registered a sub-18 minute 5K time and sub-five minute mile in high school… Member of the National Honor Society… Honor Graduate.

Personal: The son of John and Denise Roden… Has two sisters, Samantha Roden and Michele Caza… Father, John, played two years of baseball at Farmingdale State.
