ODAC Player of the Week (Feb. 16-22, 2015)
Senior (2016-17): Went 8-11 in singles play and 9-11 in doubles action… One of two Marlins to have a winning record in ODAC play (5-3)… Spent the majority of the season at No. 2 singles, going 7-7… Teamed with Nick Gunther at No. 1 doubles, going 9-10 on the year… Won five of his final seven singles matches to close out the year.
Junior (2015-16): Went 8-4 in singles play on the year, including a 3-0 mark in ODAC action… Went 2-1 at No. 4, including a league win over Hampden-Sydney 6-1, 6-1 on March 30… Spent most of the season at No. 5 singles, going 5-3 with wins over Lynchburg College and Shenandoah University… Went 14-3 in doubles action, the sixth-best single season record in school history… Teamed with Drew Tomajczyk at No. 3 doubles, posting an 11-2 mark, the best No. 3 flight record in program history… Partnered with Tomajczyk to defeat Oberlin 3-6, 7-6, 9-7 in his only appearance at No. 1… Won 11 of his final 12 doubles matches on the year.
Sophomore (2014-15): Went 3-1 at No. 5 singles and a perfect 8-0 at the No. 6 slot… Posted a 12-0 mark in doubles while seeing time at all three flights… Lone singles loss on the year was a three-setter to Division I Longwood University… Teamed with Drew Tomajczyk for an 8-6 victory at No. 3 doubles against No. 32-ranked Washington and Lee University… Also defeated the W&L in doubles action to start the season.
Freshman (2013-14): Recorded the fifth highest singles victory total on the team with an 11-3 finish… Set the fourth best No. 6 flight record in program history at 9-3… Produced an 8-0 record against Old Dominion Athletic Conference competition.
Academic Accomplishments: Academic Dean’s scholarship recipient.
Before VWC: Competed in tennis and soccer.
