The Virginia Wesleyan University men's tennis team defeated conference opponent Randolph-Macon 9-0. As the regular season comes to a close VWU clinched a No. 2 seed in the ODAC Championship tournament and will host the No. 7 seed Randolph in the ODAC Championship tournament.
Doubles Matches:
In the No. 1 Doubles match, Virginia Wesleyan's Curovic and Cabaddu secured a dominant victory with a score of 8-2 against Randolph-Macon's Fagan and Doyle.
Perry and Challagundla dominated the No. 2 doubles match, winning with a score of 8-0 against Chapman and Holzmacher.
Zrnic and Van der Stam secured another strong win in the No. 3 Doubles match, shutting out Adair and Hales with a score of 8-0.
Singles Matches:
Curovic dominated the No. 1 Singles match, defeating Fagan with scores of 6-1, 6-0.
Cabaddu secured a solid victory over Doyle in the No. 2 Singles match, winning with scores of 6-4, 6-1.
Perry continued the winning streak in the No. 3 Singles match, defeating Chapman with scores of 6-0, 6-0.
