Women's Swimming Sits In 11th After Day One of ODACs

GREENSBORO, N.C. - After one day of competition, the Virginia Wesleyan University women’s swim team is in 11th at the Old Dominion Athletic Conference (ODAC) Championships with 14 team points. Despite the team position, it was a positive day as many Marlins set personal bests.

ROANOKE, Va. – The Virginia Wesleyan University picked up a pair of wins Saturday afternoon, competing in a trio of duals in Roanoke, Va. The squad claimed a 69-68 victory over Randolph as well as a 76-60 win over Guilford. The squad faltered against Hollins though, falling 111-46.

Women's Swimming Downed By Bridgewater at Home

VIRGINIA BEACH, Va. – The Virginia Wesleyan University women’s swim team dropped its contest to Bridgewater, 190-29, Saturday afternoon at home. With the loss, the Marlins move to 2-2 in dual meets against conference opponents.
