    GREENSBORO, N.C. - The Virginia Wesleyan University men’s swim team split its tri-meet at Greensboro College Saturday afternoon, downing William Peace University 83-69 and falling to host Greensboro, 101.6-68.5.

    The Virginia Wesleyan University men's swimming team fell 165-23 to Hampden-Sydney College in the first road dual meet of the season for the Marlins. Unlike previous meets which took place in yard pools, this meet featured a meter pool, resulting in differing times.

    The Virginia Wesleyan University men's swimming team hosted Randolph College on Saturday in the first home swim meet in school history. Randolph ultimately defeated the Marlins 125-39.
  • Men Take to the Pool for the First Time at ODAC Relays

    he Virginia Wesleyan University men's swimming competed collegiately for the first time Saturday at the ODAC Relays hosted by Washington and Lee University. The meet featured several specialty relays not found in most traditional events as the meet was a relay-only competition.

    ODAC men's swimming has grown each year of its official sponsorship in the league, but the expansion for 2017-18 doubles the size of the conference contingent from a season ago. Five new programs are set to the join league ranks, bringing total sponsorship to 10 teams for the fourth full season of men's swimming under the ODAC banner.
