Men's Golf In 11th After Day One At Don Scalf Memorial

ROCKY MOUNT, N.C. -  After the first day of action, the Virginia Wesleyan University men's golf team currently sits in 11th place at the Don Scalf Memorial hosted by North Carloina Wesleyan College. The team shot a 330 on the 18-hole course.

Posting the lowest score on the day for the Marlins was Taylor Cunningham, whose 77 put him in a tie for 29th overall. Not far behind him was Jackson Lyons whose 81 put him in a tie for 50th overall.

Rounding out the five man squad was Cameron MacLellan (82), Stone Skeeter (90) and Tyler Duncan (97).

Men's Golf will return to action tomorrow in Rocky Mount, N.C. as they finish finish day two of the Don Scalf Memorial.
